My goal is to have lots of happy customers. If upon arrival, there is a problem with your order I will be happy to see what I can do to fix any issues that arise. Please feel free to contact me.

PLEASE NOTE:
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact me within 14 days of receipt of the items.

Any problems with delivery of items must be addressed with in 30 days of purchase.

The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where a refund is made and all shipping charges will be returned at that time.

Please also note I will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days, upon receipt of the item, for a refund to be processed.
